It depends on the scope, but projects start at USD 15,000. Before we begin, we give you a proposal with concrete milestones, the amount per milestone and timelines. If it doesn’t fit your budget, you’ll know without having spent a dime.
Per delivered milestone, never by the hour. We agree on milestones when we sign (e.g. “invoicing module up and running”, “WhatsApp integration ready”). Each milestone is delivered and tested, and only once you approve it do we invoice. No “hours nobody audits.”
Yes. From day one we work in a Git repository that belongs to you (GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket). You own the code and the data at all times — there’s no lock-in. If you want to move to another provider tomorrow, you take everything with you.
We stay with you for the first 30 days after go-live at no cost (bugs, minor tweaks, usage questions). After that we offer an optional monthly retainer for maintenance, improvements and support. If you don’t want it, that’s fine too — the system is still yours.

A development team based in Maracaibo, Venezuela. We build custom software for SMBs with 10–50 employees, and we run our own products: Klienz (CRM with WhatsApp and Telegram), Lumident (clinic management) and Valanz (inventory and sales for grocery stores). We live off the software we build.
Klienz is an all-in-one CRM for Venezuelan SMBs. It includes customer management, a sales pipeline, invoicing, projects and official integration with the WhatsApp Business Cloud API and Telegram. It offers optional automations powered by the AI engine of your choice (Gemini, Claude or GPT), connected to your own account.
Klienz connects to Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Cloud API. It supports multiple simultaneous users in a single inbox, approved templates, optional automations and a stable connection that doesn’t depend on WhatsApp Web or a physical phone. SekinSoft is a verified Meta Tech Provider, so we can integrate it with real permissions.
No. With the WhatsApp Business API you don’t need a physical phone. Everything is managed from the Klienz web platform.

Yes. Klienz works as a complete CRM regardless of WhatsApp. You can use it for customer management, projects, invoicing and more without turning on the messaging integration.
Yes. Klienz integrates multiple AI models such as Gemini, Claude and Kimi for its chatbot. It can answer frequently asked questions, qualify leads and hand off to a human when needed. Available on Pro plans and above.
Yes. Klienz integrates Telegram natively, so you can manage WhatsApp and Telegram conversations in a single unified inbox.

Yes. We offer migration assistance to import contacts, history and data from other platforms. Business and Enterprise plans include dedicated onboarding.
